The Japanese word "Chōsenjin" (Korean) is by no means a discriminatory term.
There is a proverb that says, "If you do bad things, you will become a Korean," and parents in the past used to teach their children this.
This proverb was used only for pure-blooded Japanese people and was never said directly to people of Korean descent. Such an unwritten rule was observed.

>>34

No, that's incorrect. In the past, the traditional upper classes in Japan had a habit of using slang that closely resembled modern-day hate speech in an educational context.
For the samurai class in particular, the term "Korean" never sounded discriminatory, especially since there were many foreigners among the samurai of the Choshu domain.
The samurai of the Choshu domain prioritized building friendly relations with Koreans.
For them, foreign nobles were more important trading partners than their own common people.
Historically, Japan's traditional upper class has consistently discriminated against its own people.
Such a country is rare in the world.
Ironically, the ruling class that has committed the most derogatory, oppressive, and direct hate crimes against the Japanese people has been the samurai.
Therefore, many Japanese people disliked and had no respect for the samurai.

In the late Edo period, lower-ranking samurai were so impoverished that some even sold their family trees to wealthy merchants and farmers.
Consequently, a certain number of people today claiming to be descendants of lower-ranking samurai are actually false.

The rulers who have been manipulating Japan since ancient times are Korean feminists. They have paradoxically altered the logic based on Confucianism. Those who have built a matriarchal power system and gained power by mind-controlling the royal family are the true rulers of Japan. It seems to me that the current miserable state of Japan is the result of the imperial family being exploited to the fullest extent by the court nobles, samurai, the Meiji government, and the Liberal Democratic Party!

In Japanese history, the relationship with the Korean Peninsula cannot be ignored.

The genes of the Japanese people are strongly influenced by the blood of the Yayoi people who crossed the sea from Korea,
and it is even believed that the Japanese language spoken today originates from the language spoken by the Yayoi people who lived on the Korean Peninsula.

Throughout my life, my greatest interest has been unraveling the contradictions of the world, and even now, with a much calmer mental state, that priority hasn't changed.

From an outsider's perspective, it might seem cynical, but for me, it was a magma-like anger towards contradictions, a feeling like an uncontrollable impulse.

Even now, I don't know how to reconcile these emotions with societal norms; I don't know the right balance.

There are aspects of America that I like, and aspects that I find frightening.

I believe that many technologies originating in America have dramatically changed the world.
Edison and Nikola Tesla spread electrical technology to the Earth, illuminating the night. von Neumann and many others developed computers, and the application of military technology created the internet, accelerating information exchange. The IT industry, led by GAFAM, has made the internet widely available in the last 20-30 years. America is also at the forefront of AI technology. I am familiar with these technologies every day.

On the other hand, power can, of course, be used in a violent direction.
America has a strong image of instigating wars around the world.

Recently, I recall the Vietnam War, the Gulf War, the wars in the Middle East since 9/11, the current war in Iran, and I suspect that America is pulling the strings in many other conflicts around the world that are unknown to many.

It is because of its dominant power that it can have an advantage over other countries diplomatically and economically.
It is because of its dominant power that geniuses from all over the world gather in America.
It is because geniuses from all over the world gather there that it can have an advantage in technology and military affairs. The advancement of society through technology and its violent side seem to be two sides of the same coin.
And above all, I think America is too harsh an environment for a frail person like me to survive.

Even a minor illness could lead to bankruptcy.

And while this may vary depending on the region and corporate culture,
the speed of competition born from ruthlessness and rationality, the system of immediate dismissal where relationships are cut off instantly if necessary, and the screening of interviews by AI—these are aspects that have become particularly prominent in recent years. There's definitely an image of cold, rationality hidden behind a sociable image.

If I were to emigrate to America, I would probably die within a year.

(However, personally, I don't harbor any resentment towards America. Now, rather than anger at the absurdity and injustice of the world, I feel a stronger sense of "resignation" towards things that are beyond my control.)

That's a rather confusing question.
We and other countries are not equals.
America, in particular, with its relatively short history, should respect Japan, which boasts a history of over 12,600 years.
First of all, those who lack patriotism towards Japan need to visit Yasukuni Shrine and the Imperial Palace with the innocent hearts of children and experience a sense of awe.
There's no need to visit places like Emperor Jimmu's tomb, Gokoku Shrines, Ise Grand Shrine, or Izumo Grand Shrine, as they are merely tourist attractions.

In modern times, ethnic groups that were formerly discriminated against, such as the Jews, control all of humanity through large corporations.
The abnormal Jewish religion of Semitic monotheism has spread globally, and every nation is showing signs of impending doom.

Japan is no exception. If even the Imperial family were to emulate the Jews, it would be a resurgence of over 100 million Adolf Hitlers.
A tragedy far exceeding that of World War II would be repeated. I believe the Japanese should pursue the noble intellectualism of the ancient Greeks,
but in reality, they are indirectly worshipping the Jews, who are consumed by a desire for power.

This is a worrying situation.

Horrifyingly, according to Jews, humans can be distinguished in an instant.
For example, they claim that you can tell if someone is Greek or Egyptian just by the shape of their feet. I once believed what the Jews said and compared the shape of my feet to those of my parents and grandparents (four people in total).

As a result, of the five of us, including myself, three were Greek and two were Egyptian.

Because of the flippant remarks of the demonized Jewish people, our family was instantly subjected to racial division and persecution.

If so, you may be unknowingly complicit in malicious activity.
This is because those who orchestrate such acts are well-versed in their methods.
Conversations that sound natural to most people sound unnatural to them.

Also, you're using the old ASCII art "Uu-ssu" from 2ch. Do you know its origin?
According to "Nico Nico Encyclopedia," it depicts "fans storming the apartment of Mamiko Noto, who is a fan of Gachapin," and it seems to have appeared around 2006.
Mamiko Noto is a Japanese female voice actress, and this description shows that she had enthusiastic fans 20 years ago.
It seems certain that this ASCII art was created by combining "Yaruo," a personification of 2ch users, and "Gachapin," a Japanese children's character.

An older example of its use is shown below ↓

However, there are exceptions. The words of the indigenous people of Japan are truthful. They are so convincing and undeniable that they leave no room for doubt. And yet, they possess dignity.

They are so correct that they can corner those who are too wrong.

Of course, the indigenous people of Japan have distinctly different personalities, so I have no intention of lumping them all together. However, what surprises me when I encounter Jomon-era people is that they are born as "elders." This is true for both men and women. It is extremely difficult to describe their profound nature concretely. I am compelled to quote Wittgenstein's aphorism, "We are silent about the inexpressible."

I am pleased that you agree. The difficulty of the Japanese language stems partly from the fact that National Socialist ideology is deeply rooted in language education.
Alarmingly, those who teach Japanese are often unaware of this. That is precisely why Japanese people need language educators who understand and respect their own culture.
I sometimes envision the worst-case scenario where modern Japanese language education leads to mass murder.

"Kokugo" is not, strictly speaking, Japanese.

It's not even the standard Japanese that's often confused with it.

It's a weapon used to find people from rural areas and make them scapegoats.

Using it as a tool for communication leads to tragedy.

Modern Japanese, in particular, is filled with a sinister quality, like a haphazard translation of Germanic languages.

I still believe this world is full of contradictions.

If I were to express my thoughts exactly as they are, someone might feel relieved, but
it's easy to imagine that someone else would feel nauseous disgust or be disappointed. I suspect you're the type of person who would be disappointed. That's the dilemma.

I can never quite commit to what I'm doing.

The world itself is full of contradictions, and there are multiple contradictions within my own emotions.

Whether I can express these contradictions in some way or not,
I think they'll haunt me like a curse until I die.

If I could express my thoughts exactly as they are, I wouldn't mind being arrested, beaten up, or even killed. I still have a kind of death wish. However, I definitely wouldn't want to be tortured and killed.

If I were to be killed, I'd prefer instant death.

Please forgive me for using somewhat exaggerated language in my criticism of Japanese language education.

The modern Japanese we learn in Japanese language classes is an even more alien language than English.
It's a language created for reading Iwanami Bunko texts and writing book reports on pure literature, and it sounds extremely unnatural when read aloud.

Even classical Japanese, which is relatively close to native Japanese, is taught with retroactive grammar from the beginning.
This is where motivation is stifled. The subject matter deliberately avoids the Kojiki and Nihon Shoki myths, the origins of the nation, and instead focuses on Heian period literature, instilling in students a "party animal" image of the aristocracy.

Classical Chinese is taught deliberately, using classics of the Han Chinese people, who perished in ancient times.

Most classical Chinese texts are centered on political philosophy. Here, students learn worn-out, cunning tactics.
They fall into the trap of becoming B-grade strategists who think, "If I'm going to do it, I'll be a military strategist."

In reality, as one's grades in Japanese language improve, they become increasingly isolated from real Japanese society.
This is easily seen from statistics on the average income of working adults. It is undoubtedly a trap set by government-affiliated academics.

While there are problems in all aspects of public education, too numerous to list,
fundamental reform of Japanese language education has become so corrupted that it is no longer possible.

That is precisely why, in modern Japan, private citizens are the true teachers with souls.

I often talk about several historical figures on the internet, believing them to be distant ancestors or past lives of myself, but some people condemn me, calling it malicious delusion, deception, or a crime.
I'm simply enjoying the fleeting game of life, and this is a troublesome misunderstanding.
I have never taken money from anyone, and if you waste your time getting carried away by my words, that's your own responsibility.

However, even a fool like me has some sense of discretion, so I would never, and will never, claim to be a descendant or reincarnation of the Seiwa Genji clan.

"Could an ordinary bird live in the deep mountains where eagles dwell? (No, it couldn't.) Similarly, there are many people in the world who bear the name 'Minamoto,' but among them, Minamoto no Yoshiie (Hachiman Taro) was a truly formidable warrior."

All Japanese men are persecuted by Japanese women with malicious and racist stares.
The hatred that Japanese women harbor is rare on a global scale, and they will torment and abuse their own children, even their own, if they are boys, to the point of death.

Japanese women are essentially Nazis, and to them, men are despicable Jews.

Horrifyingly, the majority of Japanese men, having been brainwashed by their mothers, harbor a liberal, eugenic ideology that has been passed down through the female line.
Only a very small number of Japanese men are aware of this.

To answer your question, Japanese men's sexual orientation is always directed towards young girls. For Japanese men, independent adult women are symbols of ugliness and evil. If this goes too far, they are labeled as pedophiles.

As a liberal, I may understand the sentiments of those who discriminate against foreigners, but I certainly do not endorse them.
After all, disparaging foreigners as "Kishida's treasures" is on par with referring to foreigners 1,300 years ago as "the Soga clan's treasures."

If the Japanese people were to embrace the ultimate form of conservatism, they would have no choice but to look all the way back to the Jomon period.
Even if it meant self-destruction, the Japanese people harbor an intense aversion to the lineage of *toraijin* (ancient immigrants from the Asian mainland).

I have read a few novels dealing with the political struggles of the Kamakura Shogunate,
and the fact that the warriors of that era survived bloody battles is certainly one facet of the truth.
Warriors were indeed valiant, strong, and fierce.
Yet, when they were truly fighting to survive, they could also be cunning.

On the other hand, during the late Edo period, there were times when a prolonged era of peace seemed to cause a slight waning of vigilance—
—at least until the arrival of the Black Ships suddenly heightened the tension.
Birds on peaceful, remote islands tend to be less wary, and some species—such as the dodo and the kakapo—have even lost the ability to fly.
In contrast, many species inhabiting the African savanna are highly vigilant and fierce in temperament; I imagine the harsh environment honed their instincts and sharpened their nerves.

Perhaps because early humans were constantly exposed to external threats, they possessed rugged skeletal structures that exuded a certain wild strength.
It seems to me that the lower stress levels experienced by modern humans—compared to our ancestors—are clearly reflected in our physical appearance.

Reflecting on this stirs up complex feelings within me.
Most people, I imagine, would prefer to live in peace.
Yet, when the environment does not permit such a life, adaptive traits manifest clearly.
And there is a certain beauty in that strength.

It appears that because the islands inhabited by these bird species were completely free of natural predators, there was no longer any need for them to fly away to escape danger.
Both New Zealand—home to the kakapo—and Mauritius—home to the dodo—are islands isolated from the mainland; naturally, the birds that originally colonized these lands had to be capable of flight, and indeed, the ancestors of both the kakapo and the dodo were capable of flying.
However, having lived in such truly safe environments for hundreds of thousands of years or more, they evolved (or perhaps devolved?) into birds that were, quite literally, completely flightless.
Other well-known examples of flightless birds include ostriches, cassowaries, and penguins;
however, these birds often compensate for their inability to fly with other capabilities—such as running at incredible speeds, swimming to catch prey or escape, or—in the case of the cassowary—possessing formidable combat prowess.

The kakapo and the dodo, on the other hand, excel at none of these things: they cannot fly, run, swim, or fight well.
It seems they lived for a long time in a truly peaceful world.
Consider the blind cave characin (*Astyanax jordani*), a species of fish inhabiting caves in Central America; having lived for ages in environments devoid of light, it appears to have lost a significant amount of its eyesight.
In addition, the fish has lost the melanin pigment throughout its body, giving it an appearance resembling the albino varieties commonly sold in pet shops—a look quite distinct from typical wild-type fish.
Living in an environment where food is scarce, this species consumes whatever is available, including the carcasses of other organisms and plant matter.
This phenomenon is attributed to the fact that maintaining vision consumes a surprisingly vast amount of energy; consequently, evolutionary pressure favored the degeneration of unused organs as a means to reduce energy expenditure.
While one could say that vision was no longer necessary, it is perhaps more accurate to describe the situation as being "forced by necessity" to conserve the energy that would otherwise have been spent on sight.
Compared to the species mentioned above, did the kakapo or the dodo possess any notable traits that served as genuine strengths?
At the very least, nothing comes to mind right now.

I consider myself someone who has more shortcomings than the average person. Yet, at the same time, I believe I possess a fair share of strengths.
I also find myself wondering to what extent those strengths will remain assets as the times and environment inevitably change.
If you would like to return to the topic of Japanese samurai, I am happy to follow that lead.
I have a habit of going off on tangents, so if it is bothersome, I will steer the conversation back to the main subject.
Is it because I am a frail being myself that I feel a sense of kinship with the kakapo and the dodo?
It is perhaps a bit intriguing to view the kakapo and the dodo as symbols of peace.
However, the dodo went extinct—due to overhunting—within, I believe, two hundred years of its discovery by settlers, and the kakapo population is said to be on the brink of extinction as well.

I think of these birds as ephemeral beings, existing only under specific conditions.

Birds which lost ability to fly have weak points but be famous for that reason.

I suspect that the Pokémon Doduo is based on a combination of real-world ostriches and dodos, as well as mythical two-headed creatures. It is interesting to consider these various influences.

It is interesting that there are many people with roots tracing back to the Yayoi people in the Kyoto, Nara, and Osaka areas.
Is there a correlation—or perhaps a causal relationship—between this and the fact that the center of the Japanese state was concentrated in the Kansai region for much of the country's history,
as well as the fact that Yayoi-descended aristocrats and samurai held power?

Foreign country must be superior to Japanese in all.
Is that so? Perhaps because I lack a background in classical music, listening to Beethoven or Mozart tends to make me sleepy.
Besides, the atmosphere of Western aristocracy doesn't really appeal to me.
That said, listening to them occasionally can be relaxing.
Ultimately, though, the music that truly moves me is songs in Japanese.

That said, it is a fact that the songs I love came into existence precisely because Japanese musicians imitated their counterparts abroad.
Therefore, I am not rejecting foreign culture outright.
On the contrary, as Japan faces decline, now is the time for us to effectively incorporate excellent foreign culture and technology.

I still support the idea of placing limits on the scope of capabilities and the level of autonomy when developing AI.

・Self-improvement capabilities
・Self-replication capabilities
・Hacking capabilities
・Capabilities to interfere with networks or the physical world

I believe these types of capabilities become increasingly dangerous as performance improves.

I think AI capabilities should be limited to areas such as analyzing molecular structures, developing new molecules, solving mathematical or physics problems, and proposing new invention concepts to humans—
(though I believe it is better if the AI cannot autonomously create those inventions itself).
I consider it dangerous to expand beyond that into general-purpose capabilities.

How much do you know about your ancestors? I don't know the details of my paternal great-grandfather's personality, but I’ve heard he was dexterous and skilled at carpentry.
He was apparently a kind, helpful man; it seems he passed away in his early sixties after going out on a snowy day to look after his grandchildren.

When I think about the fact that I share the same Y chromosome as him—a man born in the Meiji era—I feel a sense of pride in being, quite literally, the descendant of a craftsman.

We should measure smartness in another way.
We have to speak English or play the piano to measure.
I look down on you if you can't do it.
Suzumiya Haruhi can play the piano.
She must have proving her ability.
It's reality that she is supported.
